“The room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. I loved the little scones!!! We sat out on the patio and had breakfast overlooking the water which was lovely. ”

“The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, and Cedar Point. The hotel is older. No elevator, no luggage carts. Dirty old carpets in hallways. Our toilet seat was dirty. We had to go to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Our room had a musty smell constantly. The water pressure is low. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed.”

“The room was very smelly and the fridge didn’t work. There were ants in the breakfast cereal.”

“The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...

“Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.”

“Nice hotel. But i got into my toom 305. Abd smell some bed huder and the bathroom. Feels like something to do with the twilight or something and then the shower had no pressure was very very bad on the showers. I told the front desk and really took it seriously and I hope it overhold the hotel is nice.”

“The property was cute and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved everything about it except the loud music that played until close to 1 am. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. Our room was in the second floor so we are not sure if it was the rooftop bar or the venue across the street.”
